Pride In Agriculture
Where LGBTQ+ Voices in Agriculture Are Seen, Heard, and Celebrated
If you’re LGBTQ+ or an ally in agriculture, it can feel isolating and risky to be yourself. We share real stories, resources, and community so you don’t have to do it alone.
About Us
We know how isolating it can feel to be LGBTQ+ or an ally in agriculture. Pride in Agriculture was launched in June 2022 to make sure you never have to navigate that alone. Since launching, we’ve shared stories from farmers, ranchers, students, and ag professionals across the country and built a growing online community of LGBTQ+ people and allies in agriculture. We can help by providing resources to navigate difficult conversations, learn more about allyship, or find speakers for upcoming events as you strengthen your network. Learn more here.
Get new LGBTQ+ ag stories, allyship tips, and resources in your inbox, so you never feel like you’re doing this work alone.

Why This Work Matters
Agriculture is stronger when every person can show up fully as who they are.
When LGBTQ+ people and allies are supported, we see more honest stories, safer workplaces, and leaders who reflect the diversity of our fields, ranches, classrooms, and boardrooms.
But when bias and isolation go unchallenged, too many people are pushed out of the industry they love. Maybe you’ve felt that pressure yourself. Stories go untold. Potential is lost. The message to LGBTQ+ people becomes, “There’s no place for you here.”
Pride in Agriculture exists to change that story, to make it clear that there is a place for you and that you don’t have to navigate it alone. Learn how you can be part of that change.
